A blurry picture. I'm thinking that's Hazel on the far right. And the lady who always smiles is on the far left. And the other four are?Grandpa lists this as being on Washington Street. So is this the front of "234" prior to the full porches being added? Or is it the side door of the house, close to the backyard?

Seeing photo #89; I'd say this is definitely the same house and that it's not 232/234. mick.......
I like your theory that this is across from the Gerber's. I have only a vague recollection of that, but the doors and windows of these two pics just don't match up with any houses between tbe Gerbers and the Ludwigs.
How many of the houses on Washington Street that were there in the 50's and 60's are still there today? Most, all, or hardly any?
