It's 1909. We've now moved to South Fourth Street in Hamburg. The layout is still on the floor.
I like the 'roundabout' in the foreground. He's using a different fence. The pond is great. I like the embankment around it, and he even added steps coming off of that embankment. He paid a lot of attention to detail in these layouts.
You have both automobiles and horses-&-buggies (hmmm. what is the plural of horse-and-buggy?) in the layout. I wonder if Grammy and Grandpa owned a car by now.
Finally, there's pictures on the walls of the room. I'd dearly love to see those close up.

I think if he owned a car, there would be a photo of it. Not many people in Hamburg had them yet in 1909. They never owned a horse and buggy either, so far as I know. They walked or went by train. I like the interesting mixture in the Christmas yard though.
