I can't ID the other kids. The tank is probably propane or natural gas, for cooking or heating in the house next door to Gerber's. That is the Burkey factory in the background. Did you know that the part you see here burned out a few years ago? It was standing empty, and vandals got in, and whether the fire was on purpose or accidental, it burned quite a bit of the factory. It is still standing, still empty, but someone is working on it, to turn it into something useful. Apartments or manufacturing, I don't know what.
