Delusional skeptic, reveling in a multiple-personality disorder. Alternating between a 21st-century blogger, a 3rd-century BC Carthagenian general, a 5th-century BC druid, a 23rd-century BC Beaker-people trader, a 20th-century Estonian freedom-fighter, a time-traveler, and a sheepdog in Wyoming.
Another shot of Grammy Ludwig (I think). Maybe behind the bungalow? These photos were on strips, 4 pics to a strip, like the kind you used to get for 25 cents at a booth at the fair.

I know just where this is. The path leads to the dreaded (by me) outhouse at far right. I was terrified of the spiders (harmless) that lived in there. On the left side of the path is the row of Grandpa's rose bushes. He lovingly tended them, and I helped him pick Japanese beetles off each summer. I remember he once shot a blacksnake out of the vine that grew on the trellis in front of the outhouse. It was after a bird nest. Janet...
Forgot to answer your questions. Yes, it must be Grammy Ludwig, and it is at the Bungalow. The lawn at right is one of the few patches of grass Grandpa had to mow, as much of the property was woodsy. They had a "victory garden" to the left of the roses during WWII. Rabbits liked it too. Janet...
I can relate to the outhouse dread. When I was a kid, we used spend some weekends at a bungalow of some of my parents' friends - the Laudenslagers. Yep, it only had an outhouse - no indoor bathroom. and yep, having to make a trip to the outhouse at night (with only a flashlight) was a most unpleasant experience.
You can't tell too well by this photo, but the path to the outhouse was made of flat river rocks embedded in concrete. I wonder if it's still there. Janet
