A très cool pic of Aunt Doris and Uncle John. This is another one that I'll have to rely on others for date, place, occasion, etc. I couldn't get this one out of the frame without damaging the photo, so its one of the few that I left "as is".

This is a real prize! The date? It had to be the 1890s, no? Why did they make the woman stand and let the man sit down in those old photos?

i'm wondering if this was taken on one of their trips to California to visit my parents. i know the Knott's Berry Farm amusement park had a photo booth where you could change into all sorts of 'western' outfits.
as for the positioning, i just think the woman is at the 'head' of the household in this pic. where she should be. ;-)
