A blurry pic, although Grandpa does identify this as being at 3rd and Washington. There seems to be a church in the background, which may help to determine which direction this is.

View is looking south-southwest. I believe Washington street is just beyond the white house in the middle. My parents lived in that house in the 1990's for a while. Lots of these trees were removed before I grew up. mick.........
