Grandpa didn't list where this was taken, but it looks like an alley somewhere. There's a bunch of water spewing from the drainspout at the far left, so I think it still was raining pretty hard.

This looks like the alley looking from State Street towards Washington Street (and beyond it the creek) just west of 3rd. Mapquest says that's Peach Alley (I never knew the names of the alleys). Alot of the buildings changed here. mick..........
