Hey, this is a lot easier now that I know Hazel is the eldest child and Bob isn't born yet! This is a different stroller from the earlier "tow path" photos.
There's a cool iron bridge in the background that may help locate where this pic was taken. We'll see it again, closer up, in a later photo in this album.

Even then she carried a hankie around. I remember her doing that years later too. The bridge is wooden, made of huge timbers. It was called a crossover bridge, built by the Schuylkill Navigation Company. Janet
