Delusional skeptic, reveling in a multiple-personality disorder. Alternating between a 21st-century blogger, a 3rd-century BC Carthagenian general, a 5th-century BC druid, a 23rd-century BC Beaker-people trader, a 20th-century Estonian freedom-fighter, a time-traveler, and a sheepdog in Wyoming.
maybe. if so, then the unknown guy a couple pictures down might be Charlie Kent. I have no visual recollection of the Kents, and I still haven't figured out how they fit into the family picture.
Yes, this is Louise Kent. She was in the Red Cross in 1940s & early 50s I think, and had quite a lot of stories of her travels in the Far East. The connection was the Kents and Ludwigs were friends, the Kents lived on N. 5th St., but I guess all the children were friends, and maybe they went to the same church. Janet...
Oh now I'm curious - what was Louise Kent doing in the Far East? I'd dearly love to hear some details about her trips. Photos from her journeys would be priceless.
She worked for the Red Cross, as a nurse I think. She had been in India and maybe the Phillipines, tropical places. I remember her showing some of her mementos to a family group, Grammy really thought a lot of her. She married late in life, had no children. Janet
