I'm pretty sure this is "the bungalow". Maybe when they first bought it. Janet Barr has written a most excellent history of the Ludwig family and the bungalow. Contact her if you want a copy.

So when they first built it, the porch only was around 2 sides. I didn't know that. I remember it with the porch extending on the east (right-had side in this photo) as well. See the stove pipe? There was a big coal range in the inside room, very comfy on damp cool days or nights, but not used for cooking when I knew the place, as by then they had an electric stove out on the porch.
